# West Coast Recovery Centers

> West Coast Recovery Centers is an outpatient addiction and mental health treatment provider in Oceanside, California, serving San Diego's North County since 2012. It runs partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs for substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring (dual diagnosis) cases. Treatment combines evidence-based and holistic methods. Evidence-based: acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, process groups, relapse prevention, Seeking Safety, substance abuse education, and trauma-informed therapy. Holistic: adventure therapy, breathwork, expressive art therapy, meditation and mindfulness, sound healing, trauma-informed yoga, stress reduction, and Wellbriety groups using the Red Road curriculum.

Substances treated include alcohol, cocaine and crack, fentanyl, heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana, inhalants, benzodiazepines, and prescription drugs, as well as behavioral addictions. Mental health conditions treated include anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorders, phobias, schizoaffective disorder, and trauma/PTSD.
